We often have little influence on the challenges we face in life. But we do have a choice as to how we deal with them.
Mindfulness, fairness, appreciation and respect are fundamental values that seem to be losing importance in the current time of change when you look out into the world.
It would be desirable to reflect more on these inner values, to find peace in our hearts and to carry this out into the world.
